Having a purpose in= life helps individuals focus on what is important in the face of signific= ant challenge or adversity. Victor E. Frankl (1946) writes in his book=2C= =E2=80=9CMan=E2=80=99s search for meaning=E2=80=9D that =E2=80=9CThose wh= o have a 'why' to live=2C can bear with almost any 'how'.=E2=80=9D

Having meaning or purpose in life resonates and presents differently in ev= ery individual. To color your rice - you will need raw uncooked= rice=2C food coloring and drop or 2 of vinegar.   A ziploc= k bag works so well to mix it all up and not to get your hands dirty. Then= you let the rice dry on a tray. You can add any animals=2C pompoms or eve= n construction vehicles.  A tong=2C a spoon=2C a scoop and a bowl for= your little one to collect all the parts in.  It easy=2C but it can= get messy - so best to do it outside=2C or on a sheet that you can use to= catch up all the rice on to reuse at a later stage.
